ASIC machines are particularly manufactured for Bitcoin mining. What else could we do with ASIC machines? Are there any other zones where we could use these devices?

If you are new to Bitcoin, check out We Use Coins and Bitcoin.org. .... all SHA-256 coins, or can it mine Litecoin for instance, or is it only bitcoin nothing else. ... Your GPUs have ASICs in them and are used to mine scrypt coins.
