I had some issues when trying take out my withdrawals as they kept saying that My IP address is wrong. Well I am not so tech savy but the customer service informed me that this is the only way to ensure that no hackers withdraws on my behalf. Well in that case I searched and used back the same IP address and voila my withdrawals was done without a glitch
