They cant, they want to but they cant. They can implement it in their banks, but they cant take control of it. Because Bitcoin is an independent network.

As bitcoin is anonymous currency or digital but it doesn’t mean that government can take it under their hold

Bitcoin resembles being decentralized thus difficult to change that individuals can't push through an expansion in square size.

When there is no third party involved no bank management system, no taxes its independent to use or control…. Other one just make an open bitcoin network but not control
