No.

Bitcoins is there to compete against our fiat currency.

Moreover, bitcoin is unproven and Trump is not the kind of guy that will take a risk on something unproven.

Donald trump is not supporting bitcoins by declaring it as a national currency but may be the owner one one or more bitcoins.
