Do mining pools make the BTC networks less secure by centralizing it?

Yes, they do. But the efforts are being made to make the network more secure.

Not agreed. I think because of these pools. In fact, Bitcoin protocol increase because of it.

I think Bitcoin isn’t a money which can be hacked by anyone easily. There is need a lot of working and homework to derail it.

Miner has a lot of working regarding their coins. So, if they do work for the Bitcoin, then is it possible that they derail the whole system?

I think you have extra time for this sort of discussions. Everybody knows that Bitcoin isn't getting disturbed or face problems because of these pools
