You can't earn millions of coins, but you can earn millions from the coins. All you have to do is to buy a large amount of bitcoins and hold on to them until they appreciate in value, once they have appreciated enough, you can go on in the market and sell them for larger profits. Hope this helps.

The only way possible to make money through bitcoin mining is by mining in pools. Although small, payouts are frequent and quick. On the other hand, if you decide to go solo, make sure you have cheap electricity or you'll end up paying more in bills than what you actually generate.

It won't reduce the usage, but we will have fewer daytraders, resulting in stable prices. Moreover, these fees are essential for the blockchain network to keep working and verify the new transactions on the network. So I don't think they will be planning to increase them anytime soon.
